FLAG BEARER'S STATEMENT AHEAD OF DEBATE

 "GOD IS ON OUR SIDE" - Ms Charity Kessewaa

Presidential Candidate for the National Union Party (NUP), Miss Charity Kessewaa Frimpong says the party will emerge victorious because God is on their side. 

Ahead of the much anticipated presidential debate which will be held today at the forecourt of the new campus at Dzorwulu, she made mention of the fact that the party is poised and well prepared for the debate but victory comes from the lord. 

“We are well prepared for this debate as a party. We are all together in this. We have put the necessary measures in place but victory is from the lord”.

She indicated that the debate will be a difficult one but she won’t underestimate anyone because she believes  some of her opponents are great squabbles and they are maladaptive in nature.

“I won’t underestimate any of my opponents today. A lot of them are great debaters and they are very smart. It is going to be an interesting debate”. She noted. 

Today’s presidential debate will be  centered on the candidates policies and manifesto with regards to health, the economy, agriculture, development and growth.
